Money doesn’t have to be hard to come by. It’s easy to earn some extra cash using services you are already familiar with, especially when you don’t have to hard sell anything. Here are three simple ways I’ve buit small income streams into my family’s lifestyle.
1. Register for Amazon Affiliates
You don’t have to be a blogger to benefit from this affiliate program. If you buy things regularly on Amazon, simply write a quick review and post it to your social media channels. It’s a great way to promote products and companies you love – and potentially earn a commission! (Need an idea of what to try selling first? How about a great book?)
2. Sell on Facebook
You don’t need to buy ads to sell on Facebook. Look for local groups from your community, and sell things you no longer need/want. If you’re a crafty type, you can also sell your homemade treasures. Think of it like ultra local Etsy. I’ve bought and sold on my community’s local free classifieds group, and it has been a wonderful way to engage with folks I might not normally have met. If your area doesn’t have a group, you can start your own!
3. DoTerra Essential Oils
Let me start by saying I hate MLMs – and I love DoTERRA. The products are incredible (especially DigestZen when you’re having stomach issues. Can you say “Hangover Killer?”) Plus, the affiliate program is one of the best and most supportive I’ve ever seen. Even if you don’t want to sell the oils, you can get them cheaper (and learn how to use them) by checking out my friend Nina’s site here.

With love from Colorado

Unexpected news
I’m still reeling from Wednesday. Making good on a campaign promise, Biden’s administration provided student loan relief to millions – including myself. As a recipient of Pell grants, meaning I was very poor when I went to college, $20,000 of my student loans were effectively wiped away with the stroke of a pen. I had…
